EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer an exchange for any damaged/defective product.  Kindly send us your exchange request at contact us, with the order number and reason for exchange within 7 days upon receipt of your product.   

Damaged/defective product must be returned in order for us to process an exchange.  An EA (Exchange Authorization) number will be issued by email once the damaged/defective product is verified.  Exchanged product will be delivered within 7 working days upon verification of defects. Customer’s are responsible for shipping charges when returning damaged/defective product. 

No Hidden Charges, No Recurring Billing  

All purchases processed by GTA are one-time transactions. This means you will only be charged for the item(s) you purchased and will not be enrolled in any future automatic re-orders or recurring billing. We do not keep your credit card information on file and will not charge you for anything except for what is listed on your invoice.
